Policies

Cancellation:

  • If cancelled up to 3 weeks before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If cancelled later, modified or no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

 

Prepayment:  The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking.

 

Check in:  From 13:00 hours
Check out:  Until 12:00 hours

 

Children and extra beds:

  • Free! One child under 1 year stays free of charge and uses baby cot (on request).
  • The maximum number of extra beds/children’s cots permitted in a room is 1.

 

Pets:  Pets are not allowed.

 

Accepted credit cards:  Paleos accepts these cards and reserves the right to pre-authorise your card prior to arrival: Visa / Mastercard / Diners Club International / Maestro / American Express
